Legal translation in Arabic, French and English
Contracts, articles of association, company records, tenders: accurate, consistent and confidential legal translations by translators who know both Tunisian and foreign legal systems.
In legal translation, one wrong word can change the scope of an obligation. Our translators work into their language of habitual use and know the terminology of Tunisian law, French civil law and common-law texts. Every document is revised by a second linguist before delivery.
For large or recurring work, we build a glossary specific to your organisation, so the same concepts are always translated the same way from one contract to the next.

Frequently asked questions
Can your legal translations be filed with a Tunisian court?
Tunisian courts and many Tunisian administrations require a sworn translation, which ATS does not provide. Our certified legal translations are suited to contractual use, business-to-business exchanges, international organisations and many procedures abroad. Tell us the intended use and we will confirm before starting.
How much does legal translation cost?
The price depends on volume (per word or per page), language pair, technicality and deadline. Your quote itemises everything, with no hidden costs.
Do you translate directly from Arabic into English?
Yes. Arabic, French and English are translated in all directions, without going through an intermediate language.
